Our approach

A method you can interrogate, and a boundary we do not cross

Risk output that cannot be questioned is not decision-support. Every figure Auxagon shows can be traced back to the data that produced it.

The risk methodology

A risk enters your register when a driver moves far enough to matter for your own exposure, not the sector average. The same 7% move can be noise on one farm and serious on the next.

  • Severity is banded, not presented as false precision
  • Every £ figure is labelled as an estimate
  • Stale or missing data is flagged, never shown as current
  • The health score always shows its three components, not just the number
More on how the score is built

The composite farm health score is built from open risk exposure, projected cash headroom and current alert pressure. All three are shown alongside the score, because a single number without its parts invites the wrong conclusion.

Non-advice framing, built into the product

Auxagon is decision-support, not financial or insurance advice. Every output uses possible action to consider language. Where questions cross the regulated advice perimeter, we signpost to qualified advisers.

This is built into the interface, not added afterwards. No screen instructs. Each suggested step is a possible action to consider, with its rationale and expected magnitude, leaving the decision with you.

Where we hand off to a qualified adviser

Where a question sits inside the FCA regulated financial advice perimeter, a specific hedging instrument, a specific insurance product, a tax position, the platform points to qualified adviser routes rather than answering directly. Our Terms of Service state it plainly: Auxagon is decision-support, not financial or insurance advice.

The adviser channel

Farm business consultants and accountants hold the trusted relationship and the regulated permissions. The Adviser tier lets them see risk moving across the whole client book, drill into any farm, and take adviser-branded output into the client conversation. Auxagon supplies the monitoring; the adviser supplies the advice.
